  Modified files:

  Log:
  - Removed MODLOAD, MODRELOAD, MODUNLOAD and MODLIST command handlers.
  They all have been replaced by the new "MODULE" command which now
  deals with the LOAD/UNLOAD/RELOAD/LIST parameters.
