spoofed host

plz help me, how can i setup a spoofed host in ircd-hybrid-7.0.3 / ircd-hybrid-7.1beta1

i'vd put in ircd.conf:


auth {
        user = "*@192.168.80.128";
        spoof = "global.admin";
        spoof_notice = yes;
        exceed_limit = yes;
        kline_exempt = no;
        gline_exempt = no;
        class = "opers";
        no_tilde = yes;
        have_ident = no;
        };


but nothings happend :/
