Message logging

Hi all,
 
Is it possible to configure hybrid-ircd to log all the messages exchanged
(in every channel and between every user) in a local irc server?
I would like to do this without having to play with the server's source
code.
 
PS: I'm not concerned with the ethics of this aproach since this is just an
accessory for a research study we are carrying out not for a real IRC
implementation.
