already coded, use the contrib m_whois module and you will be able to see the whois_actually numeric. If you set hide_spoof_ips = no, then u will be able to see the real ip of ilined hosts.

Does any one think could be a good idea  put  a line in ircop whois results that say the real ip address of ilined spoofed host ? ( could be  so like do a /stats L nick )
