Question regarding hybrid-7.0.3

*sigh*

Ok, now the message has changed and this one is consistent. Upon trying
to connect to my server I get this:

Connecting to port 6667 of server mysticwicks.com [refnum 0]
Odd server stuff: "ircd: version hybrid-7.0.3" ()
Odd server stuff: "ircd: pid 3256" ()
Odd server stuff: "ircd: running in background mode from
/usr/local/ircd" ()
Connection closed from mysticwicks.com: Success

Any ideas?

Jack & Chris,

I am actually using my previous config (I am switching to a new server).
I explicitly called to my config file using the -configfile switch and
it is up and running. Only now I get a "Write to server failed." when
trying to connect.

Did you remove the line "havent_read_conf=yes" from the ircd.conf?
