Question regarding hybrid-7.0.3

Anthony, sorry about replying to you in private rather than the list. I
am running ircd as separate user from the command line. Imp not running
it from inetd. Although, I did try that at one point and I forgot to
chkconfig off, so I did that. Still a no go, but its just a connection
refused now. Here is what I get when trying to telnet into ircd:

Trying 67.15.36.42...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

You're running the ircd from inside inetd? Don't do that. just run it
from a command prompt as a separate user.
