Closing hybrid to a single channle

Folks, sorry to bother you with a newbie question...
Hope you dont get mad for this :)
And for my english....

I came from a win irc server (i was using ircplus) where via GUI was very
easy to set it up to have a single IRC room, with a predifined Nickname as
host/operator and settled up to disable mode change to users as well as
topic and nick commands.

How is it possible to do it with hybrid?
I am putting up the server just for having a single private chat room for a
website with a single Op and users kept away from irc attractive 
topic/nick/op commands....
