Max clients problem

We discovered the problem..
It is a bug in the Innotek'GCC libc runtime, in the part of code
that deal with eCS-OS/2 ip-sockets and file handles..
So it's a "platform related" bug, a new build has been done with
a work-around for the problem, and a final one will follow after
the libc runtime will get fixed.
