Time stamp.

Years and years ago, there was TSora2 (time stamp, written by orabidoo
Roger Espel) There was a stupid bug in TSora2 which caused the timestamp
on a channel to be reset to 0. To track this down, we added code which
flagged the channel when the channel timestamp changed. We eventually
found the bug but never did remove that tracking code. Didn't seem to do
any harm and people seemed to like it. It does help tracking when channel
services are in use and to watch for hacked servers. It's easy to take
out if you want.
