Use /msg nickserv info nick to check if they are identified (you'll get 
<< ONLINE >> if so).

> */* 309 RPL_WHOISSADMIN */*":%s 309 %s %s :is a Services Administrator"

Use /msg statserv showadmins or similar

Currently these numerics are not integrated into the ircd and I am not 
convinced they should be at all.
