SSL patch for 7.0.3

Hi everyone!

I found a patch (http://www.wohmart.com/ircd/pub/hybrid/3-Feature/timwoj-ssl/) and I tried applying it, and everything went OK, but SSL will still won't work, so it's obviously a defective patch.

Is there any other _working_ patches out there?
