Questions : 2 servers irc; 2 ips differents

 Hello, 

I would like to install(settle) a second waiter(server) irc with a different
ip, I know that it is thus necessary re to install(settle) a hybrid but I do
not find in ircd.conf how to put for example for users 300: 150 on a
waiter(server) and 150 on the other one then that if on a waiter(server)
there is 120 anybody and the other one is full, how to make in fate(spell)
whether he(it) is redirigé automatically on that or there are 120 persons ?
