running ircd on freebsd

You could contact the port maintainer by `cat /usr/ports/irc/ircd-hybrid/Makefile | grep MAINTAINER` and emailng appropriately. But as mentioned earlier it makes more sense to just grab the tarball from ircd-hybrid.org and install it yourself.
