server doesnt exist

Hi all

sometimes some server can kill 100-200 people with message (Server
doesn't exist). Then many servers just drops the link because of this
mass kill.

I noted that this could happen due to lags. Link established and then
no response from /stats ? right away.

ircd is ircd-hybrid-7.0.1
