questions hybrid 7.1.0

 Hello, 

sometimes when I connect myself to the waiter that puts that to me: "(You
are not authorized to uses this server)" Then 10 seconds after it is good...
or then that puts: "ERROR Trying to reconnect too fast" I does not
include/understand... I really find that it y ades changes compared to
hybrid 7.0.3 and good, it is obstructing this kind of problem. 

Also, with the links waiters, of the times that introduced a waiter with
another whereas that should not do it... for example I type /connect java
server.com and it is the IRC which introduces it to me with the binder of
the "hub"... . It is strange....
