accept list cleared on nick change

I finally remembered why I coded it that way.

I was thinking about it at the time and I figured that if you changed
your nick and were also using umode +g, then the other users you had
on your accept list were probably also using +g.

So, if you changed your nick, i.e. because of a desire to "hide" from
someone undesirable your accept list friends might also want to be changing
their nick, for similar reasons. It would be trivial to not clear the
caller-id accept list for a nick change.
