Change time for server hybrid-7

You need to run a network time daemon on the server that is losing ticks.
This will allow TS5 resynchronization to occur without problems among with
other leafs and/or hubs. Depending on what distribution or BSD flavor you
are using it should have come with one. Please review http://www.ntp.org for
instructions.
