topics cyncing

I think I have seen something similar to that. I always thought it was
just me but apparently not.

  Don't know is it already fixed in 7.2 current, but looks like
  7.2rc1 has bug with channel topic syncing ( with hybrid 7.0 at
  least)
  The problem appears for channels introduced while linking or was
  created while servers were in split
  for example, if 7.0 & 7.2 are already linked, and then create
  channel #testnax , set channel topic to "blabla" , client from
  7.0/7.2 joins and see the right topic, but if channel was created
  on 7.0, and 7.2 relinks, user joins #testnax - it sees no topic at
  all.
  If channel #testnax was created on 7.0 and 7.2 while they are in
  split, TS changes,
  [03:06:58] -XNet72.ru:#testnax- *** Notice -- TS for #testnax
  changed from 1129071912 to 1129071727
  [03:06:58] * CoolCold (CoolCold at coolcold.org) has joined #testnax
  but topics doesn't syncs.
