default umodes

hi all.
i'm using hybrid 7.2b1 (20050904_5) from CVS snapshot.
i really like the feature brought with ip_cloaking in the contrib. is there
some way to set umode +h on connect? it would be nice to have this setting,
similar to oper_umodes.
