ident

I'm having issues in fc5 trying to get the ident requirement on connecting
users disabled.

my flags are:

        flags = need_password, spoof_notice, exceed_limit, kline_exempt,
                gline_exempt, resv_exempt, no_tilde, can_flood, can_idle;

and since I don't have the need_ident flag I would expect it to not look for
a identd but it does anyways and kicks you

gaim output:

*** Looking up your hostname...
*** Checking Ident
*** Found your hostname
*** No Ident response

then it kills the connection
