/kill question

I have enquired before in some channels and recieved some different replies, but none were accurate.

So, i'll bring it to the Hybrid List and try this route. I've been trying to locate where the kill line for the final server output (where the user, network see's this) to add after the nickname, an additional field to add a phrase to help cut down on vanity kills.

ie.

/kill nickname flooding is prohibited

>> (Killed (msd (Flooding is prohibited ))

to /kill nickname flooding is prohibited

>> (KIlled (msd (Please Read Our MOTD (Flooding is prohibited )))

It can be done. I just cannot locate where to add this line. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
