got problem when run hybrid

[wellex]

hello,
i installing ircd-hybrid in my box and run it :
* Connecting to hybrid.wellex.net (7001)
-
-hades.arpa- *** Looking up your hostname...
-
-hades.arpa- *** Checking Ident
-
-hades.arpa- *** No Ident response
* [10101] Host Disconnected

I don't know why ? so i try another ircd and working , but when i run hybrid
always disconnected
can anybody help to fix it ?
