got problem when run hybrid4

Try to overwrite ircd.conf with simple.conf, and then kill and restart 
the server.

You might also want to add disable_auth=yes; to your general{}.

My other guess is that modules are somehow lacking, i.e. NICK/USER pair 
is not recognized.
