bugs at ircd-hybrid.org bouncing?

The hybrid web site says the email address for questions & comments is
bugs at ircd-hybrid.org, but when I send something there I get back a bounce:

Anyone know if this address is supposed to be working?
Should the web site be updated to list a better address?
