syntax error: general {

Hello,

When I start the ircd daemon I can see in the logs :
"[2009/5/11 19.28] "/tmp/ircd-hybrid-7.2.3/etc/ircd.conf", line 130: syntax
error: general {"
The IRC works perfectly but I would like to correct this error.

I read my ircd.conf file at the line 130 but I see no syntax problem...
Can you help me? (see my ircd.conf attached to this mail)
