Yeah we've been having similar issues at my office with hybrid. Raising 
the max-connections per IP does not seem to work?, most people are 
obviously connecting through the same static IP from outside, and we 
have local boxes loggin in to IRC box's local 192.168.xxx.xxx IP 
directly which helps. But it stings most when I'm at home trying to log 
into the office and getting constantly bumped out. :(

I thought the problem was entirely due to the fact that I'm a complete 
noob at running an irc server, but would i be correct in understanding 
from this thread that there is some other issue going on with 
max-connections from an IP that needs fixing in the source?
