[hybrid] Clone channel and user configuration from one IRC server to other IRC server

Hi,

   I have a IRC server which we currently using for our internal purposes.

I need to build another NEW IRC server but need to clone the channel and
user configuration from the old IRC server.

Please let me know if we have any export/import kind of mechanism or how shd
we do it.
