[hybrid] Hybrid+atheme services: preserve login status over netsplits

Hello,

is anyone of you using plain hybrid with atheme services?

I have written a module that allows atheme to keep track of user login
status through netsplits and services restarts. This has not been used
in a production environment yet, so I'd be delighted to get bug
reports and the like ;)
