[hybrid] webirc configuration hybrid 8.0

Greeting everyone,

I have just installed and deployed a hybrid install on one of my servers. I
would like to know how to properly configure hybrid to `spoof` user info
accepted from a CGI:IRC or qwebirc/iris (or mibbit for that matter) install.
