[hybrid] Request: SASL Support

[Panesar, Amrit]

In recent years, the acceptance of SASL as a standard among major IRCDs is
a positive thing. After searching for an experimental patch, I have turned
up nil. Has anyone been working on SASL support in ircd-hybrid?
