Just did, and the hub died within minutes. This is on a very small
network, so it's not load related.

I'm running hybserv and a lot of other programs compiled from source
(wih either gcc 3.3.4 or 3.4.1), and not encountering these problems (it
isn't a hardware/memory issue). Some code I've had to compile with 3.4.1,
since it has much better support for amd64 and stopped segfaults that
were happening with 3.3.x. If gcc 2.95 will really fix this, I can try
that. Or I can try a 32bit build.
