The IRCD server protocol

Take a look at  http://ircd.botbay.net more specifically http://ircd.botbay.net/pub/irc_misc/bridge-0.1.tgz. I have never used it and know nothing about besides what it says it is supposed to do which is link TSora servers <--> Unreal.
