How to add capability of using Longer Nicknames

Hello everyone,

Can someone point me to where I can get information on adding the 
capability of having Hybrid 7 server allow for longer nicknames other 
than the default 9 characters?

I have several regulars on the current server we are on that just cannot 
live without their 20 character nicknames! LOL. Go figure!

Any and all help would be appreciated.
