I'm not aware of any other than the ones I wrote for our network. Same
goes for the IRCops not being kicked from channels. I don't have a patch
for 7.0.3 yet, but there is one available for 7.0 that could be ported
without too much trouble. umode +Q in that patch is the mode that needs
to be set to avoid being kicked. Patch is available at
