Dan Udey is correct. You need to implement a round-robin DNS so that clients
connect to the next available server if one is full.

How can one make to distribute a server ircd hybrid on another ip when this
one is full (300 people example) ?
 
I believe that it is necessary to install a second ircd but what I don't
know, it is how in the ircd. conf, to configure it so that as soon as the
1st ircd is 300 person's, it passes automatically on the second ip ?
