bug hybrid 7.1.0 ircd.conf

Hello,
 
I touch not the .conf and he(it) puts me this in the ircd.log :

syntax error:  hidden_oper = yes;
[2005/7/17 09.18] "/home/erevia/hub.erevia.com/etc/ircd.conf", line 399:
syntax error:  hidden_oper = yes;
[2005/7/17 09.18] "/home/erevia/hub.erevia.com/etc/ircd.conf", line 859:
syntax error:  action = warn;
[2005/7/17 09.18] "/home/erevia/hub.erevia.com/etc/ircd.conf", line 865:
syntax error:  action = reject;
[2005/7/17 09.18] "/home/erevia/hub.erevia.com/etc/ircd.conf", line 871:
syntax error:  action = silent;
[2005/7/17 09.18] You haven't read your config file properly.
[2005/7/17 09.18] There is a line in the example conf that will kill your
server if not removed.
[2005/7/17 09.18] Consider actually reading/editing the conf file, and
removing this line.

 
how's that is made ?
