redirect on example configuration

Someone should take care of this:

There are really .fi -users who would like to come for example to 
irc.ircd-hybrid.org which haven't took of that redirect and I suggest to 
change that irc.fi from that example.conf besides that, because its 
'using' irc.fi what is registered to Finnish company and it isn't very 
wice to forward there.
