k-line quit reason

I wanted exactly the same thing (ircnet kline reason style)...

E.g. if you type: "/kline u at h :bla bla!"
quit message would be "Kill line active: bla bla!"

You get the point...

I'm not sure if this can be done through custom messaging as this way
you can only set the exact quit (kline) phrase.
