Include a file in the ircd.conf & reload question

Hi all,
   
      Is possible to include a file to the ircd.conf? I would like to put all of the "auth {}" entries in one seperate file.
      Also, is it possible to add a new "auth {}" entry and reload the config without disconnecting everyone on the IRC server?
