AutoConn Issues

Version: hybrid-7.2.2.dfsg.2-debian.4(SVN)
AutoConn just isn't working - I can't seem to find any reason why this
is the case or anyone else with the same problem.
No errors are appearing - it's just not happening.

connect {
       name = "irc.dogmatix.net";
       host = "87.127.186.147";
       port = 6667;
       class = "servers";
       hub_mask = "*";
       send_password = "********";
       accept_password = "********";
       flags = autoconn;
};

Currently a /quote connect irc.dogmatix.net is needed.
