only open one port 6667 or more ports?

I want to use hybird to handle 10000 users. 

I edited the listen{} in the ircd.conf. 

port = 6665 .. 6669; (this could accept connections from four ports). 


or 

port = 6667; (this could only accept connections from port 6667). 

which has a higher performance?
